· Properties sells :
6% ( all taxes included ) of the sell price for properties under 300.000 €
5% ( all taxes included ) for properties above 300.000 €

· BUSINESS SELLS : 8% ( all taxes included ) of the selling price

Our fees include the VAT ( 19,60% ) and are supported by the purchaser (except written agreement transfering the fees to the seller).
